Light, Colour, and Landscape
The Art of Eric McCormick
The Artists Story
Eric McCormick is a Bendigo-based landscape artist whose practice was shaped by many years living and working in Broken Hill and the West Darling region of far-west New South Wales. He explores the fleeting effects of light and places colour at the heart of his work, working primarily in oil and pastel, and more recently experimenting with watercolour. His works are represented in private and corporate collections across Australia and internationally, and visitors are welcome to view them by appointment at his gallery and studio, Studio 93, in Bendigo
